1.What are your turnaround times?

Standard turnaround for most shops is 2 weeks, but Rapido means Fast! Depending on the job specs, we can have your order out the door in one week or less and have even been known for next day service when schedule permits at no extra charge!

2. Is there a minimum order?

The only service that requires a minimum is embroidery. We ask a minimum of 6 pieces total with the same design. There are no minimums for any of the printing techniques.

3.I have my own artwork/I have no artwork at all!

If you have your own art work, it needs to be "print ready". This means properly formatted so we can create screens directly from it. This usually means it is at 300dpi at the size you want it printed. PSD files must be flattened and/or each color needs to be on its own layer. Ai/EPS files must have actually been created using illustrator(vector art) rather than being imported and all fonts need to be converted to outlines. JPEGs usually need to be worked on if more than one color.

If you have no artwork, just an idea, our artists will take your ideas and come up with different designs from which to mix and match to achieve what you are looking for.

Art charge depends on the technicality of design and will be quoted before beginning on project.
