Screen Printing

With standard screen printing, the results are really limitless! Screen printing has been around for more than 100 years with the basic idea being the same since the beginning. The versatility makes screenprinting the most used techinique for decorating anything from the standard t-shirt to circuit boards!

Rapido offers Plastisol, Waterbased and air dry inks to meet your decorating needs.

Plastisol: For years plastisol ink has been the norm when it comes to decorating apparel and are particularly useful for printing opaque graphics on dark fabrics. It features any color you can think of as well as any finished feel you require with high durability.

Water Based: The more enviormentally friendly ink, produces a soft hand as it is absorbed into the garment once printed.

Discharge: Discharge ink is water based ink with an additive added to re-dye(discharge) a dark colored garment with the color being printed. This is used for getting bright colors on dark shirts without feeling the thickness of plastisol ink.

All of these inks have formulized additives that can be added to create any pattern, texture, and color needed to achieve the final product you are looking for.
